When your ticket status is designated as awaiting payout, it signifies that the transfer (or service) has been successfully completed, and SWAPD staff is preparing to release the seller’s funds. Typically, funds are disbursed within 48 hours of the initial payout notice, and the staff will provide an update in the ticket once the payment has been processed.
Important Points to Keep in Mind:
- Bank wire payouts may experience additional delays during weekends when most banks are closed.
- Crypto payments may require a few hours to fully confirm.
- Credit card payouts are directly deposited into the seller’s bank account, a process that may take 1-7 business days.
