Understanding “Deadline Passed”
When a ticket status is labeled as “Deadline Passed,” it signifies that the seller has not completed the service within the initially specified timeframe outlined in the ticket terms. In certain cases, subject to agreement between the buyer and seller, an extension of up to 30 additional days may be granted. However, please note that SWAPD strictly permits only one extension per ticket, and regardless of mutual consent, the transaction will be concluded at the end of this extended period.
Guidelines and Considerations:
- Buyers have the option to request a full refund once the deadline has passed.
- Committing to a one-time extension obligates the buyer to adhere to the new timeframe, and no changes of heart will be entertained during extensions.
- SWAPD maintains a no-exceptions policy and will not entertain requests for additional extensions, even if all parties are in agreement to prolong the transaction further.
