When your checkout ticket status is labeled as new ticket, it indicates that both the buyer and the seller have mutually initiated a transaction. During this phase, both parties typically await the involvement of SWAPD staff to facilitate the transaction. Please note that SWAPD’s response times can range from 4 to 10 hours, so there’s no need for concern. We will join your transaction as promptly as possible.

Important Points to Keep in Mind:

  • Checkout tickets are regarded as binding contracts on SWAPD. Any modifications or alterations to the terms must receive unanimous agreement from all parties involved.
  • Both buyers and sellers are expected to respond promptly. If a checkout ticket is ignored for more than 72 hours, SWAPD may consider terminating your membership.
