Ticket Status: New Ticket

Effective Date: Sep 1st, 2025

Understanding “New Ticket” Status

When your Checkout Ticket is marked as New Ticket, it means a Buyer has initiated a transaction and identified a subcontractor as the counterparty. At this stage, the Checkout Ticket is pending review and onboarding by SWAPD (operated by VEYYO Limited Partnership, Canada, as Merchant of Record).

SWAPD staff will join the ticket to verify terms, confirm payment arrangements, and oversee compliance. Response times typically range from 4 to 10 hours, depending on staff availability.

Important Points to Keep in Mind

  • Binding Contract – Every Checkout Ticket constitutes a binding contract under SWAPD’s Terms of Service. Any changes to the terms must be approved by both the Buyer and subcontractor, and confirmed by SWAPD staff.
  • Response Obligations – Both Buyers and subcontractors are expected to reply promptly. Tickets left unanswered for more than 72 hours may be cancelled, and repeated non-responsiveness may result in membership termination.
  • Authority of SWAPD – SWAPD staff retain full discretion to accept, modify, or terminate tickets that do not meet platform standards or compliance requirements.
