Ticket Set to On Hold

When your Checkout Ticket is marked as On Hold, it means the transaction has been temporarily suspended. This may occur in one of two ways:

  1. Mutual Pause – The Buyer and Subcontractor agree to suspend the transaction with the intention of resuming it later.
  2. Administrative Hold – SWAPD staff (operated by VEYYO Limited Partnership, Canada, as Merchant of Record) may place a ticket on hold in rare cases, such as pending fraud review, compliance checks, or other risk-related investigations.

Custody of Funds

All funds related to On Hold tickets remain under the custody of SWAPD (VEYYO LP, Canada) as Merchant of Record until the ticket is either resumed, resolved, or cancelled in accordance with SWAPD’s final determination.


Reopening an On-Hold Ticket

To reopen a suspended ticket, either party should contact SWAPD staff directly through a private message on the platform or by emailing support@swapd.co. Reopening is subject to staff approval.
