Many people are discussing the removal of users from certain countries to make things easier. But what about addressing issues within the staff itself? Some staff members seem quick to lose their temper, unwilling to properly listen, and at times appear openly biased against certain users, especially when business competition is involved.

Another important concern is the conflict of interest created when staff members also operate as sellers on the platform. When will there be clearer boundaries between moderation responsibilities and marketplace competition to ensure fairness and neutrality for everyone?

You guys had your reasons for banning Russia during the Ukraine war, but saying Nigeria is the reason why swapd is having low sales lmao is laughable

Only if you had seen how many members create duplicate accounts, try to scam others, bypass the system’s security, and do many other things I can’t even mention, you wouldn’t say that.

There was a time when failed tickets are charged few little percentage and the seller who failed has to pay or can’t open a new ticket or list.

That time I really stopped taking orders if am not 1000% sure it would work , .

Then I met a associate who claimed heaven and earth that he can deliver lmao I ended up paying $100+ to the buyer .

Hahahaahahah so this can work , sellers would put their money where their mouth is .

It’s mentioned in every single ticket at refund. It is also in our SWAPD Knowledge Base.

Couldn’t agree more. My sales dropped drastically, and this is because of low-quality service providers in a similar niche.

I get why I suddenly got marked as a ‘‘Saftey concern’’ despite only being a passive buyer with no Escrow disputes. Its all bc, I reside in a high risk country. I hope they remove that tag after I make a few more purchases

I agree with this 100% - as a buyer, there shouldn’t be anything preventing us from seeing feedback left by previous buyers.

What reason would a subcontractor have for putting their profile on private, other then trying to prevent potential buyers from seeing negative feedback left by a previous buyer? Feedback from buyers/sellers should always remain transparent.

Why limit it to $5k? Why aren’t sellers responsible for paying transactions fees on all failed transactions? This is the cause for me requesting no prepayment when opening tickets. Not because I haven’t secured my clients money first, but because I don’t feel I should be responsible to pay transactions fees on a failed transaction.

doing it for a $200 transaction would mean asking seller for $10. Just seems like too much to manage

I can’t really say much about services, but when it comes to the quality of listings I must say that everything in the crypto niche as well as basically every non-NSFW X account listing is botted trash or rebranded account with no organic reach and no content. Pretty frustrating scrolling through that, would either move it to the BIN section or remove it completely.

but it would be great if you could link ticket outcomes to sellers listings and add a success rate % on each swapd listing
