Time for drastic changes on SWAPD. We encourage you to join this discussion and help staff make the right decisions. MAKE SWAPD GREAT AGAIN!

Top sellers here on Swapd are from India,Pakistan and us
Removing Indians means dropping Swapd revenues by almost 50-60%

I think one issue is in PR services especially. A ton of people just reselling the exact same source (that many of us likely have anyway). It fills up the new threads with the same stuff from the exact same seller effectively

You can PM administrators to apply to have it removed after successfully completing 1k in total transactions as a buyer or subcontractor.

We will take this into consideration.

It’s just a little perk. Thus far it has not caused any issues. We wouldn’t say it particularly slows the transaction down, nor does it increase costs on our end by any means. In addition, it happens pretty rarely. Most top subcontractors have their own methods/contacts and are not reselling other SWAPD users - it happens every now and then but is not as perpetual/constant as you may think.

This is exactly why. In fact, for a $200 transaction it would be $2 as the refund fee is 1%. We have no interest in dealing with users fussing over a mere few dollars. SWAPD is a premium high-value marketplace geared towards larger transactions, hence our minimum fee.

Although this sounds great on paper, it would be 100% impossible to implement. Subcontractors can very easily create a new listing as soon as their success rate was to drop. It wouldn’t work. The general success ratio on a user’s profile is already quite telling of how reliable a subcontractor may be.

Our subscription based listing fee would ideally eliminate this, as resellers who cannot deliver, cannot close, or do not have healthy enough margins, would no longer be making new listings.

Hi,dear admin ,I would like to propose that even the accounts (social media listings ) need to be verified before posting,I recently complained some sellers here posting some of the listings they do not even have access to and this creates a spam ,Please consider this.Thank you!

@SWAPD I’ve suggested this lots of times before, but maybe now is the time to show a % success rate (on recent transactions, say the last month) on a seller’s profile in each of the categories a seller is selling in. eg: if a seller is selling instagram unban services, on their ad there will be a prominent label showing how successful that seller has been in that category (instagram unbans).

That way, buyers will know who has been successful in a category lately and be more inclined to go with them instead of wasting time on a cheaper seller, then getting burned/wasting time and leaving the site.

Saw you did the calculation for @Rayman in a recent post (see here @Rayman Is Quietly Becoming an Instagram Unban Machine on SWAPD - #11 by Rayman), so it would be good to automate this calculation and put it on all seller’s profiles.

It is already there on everybody’s profile or just sellers. Just tap the profile icon once, and it will open the user profile card.

You can see the subcontractor ratio, even for buyers like yourself, my good sir.

This is a seller’s overall success rate. I would like to see the success rate of a seller for a particular service they are offering. So if they are offering an instagram unban service, I want to see the % success rate for that seller for that category.

Possible way to do this while keeping into consideration @alpha’s earlier points is a # of tickets completed successfully related to a thread

3/10 or 10/15 etc. Whatever the number is

Then if someone wants to make a new thread, fine, but it has no history and is riskier.

Why are MC members and partners allowed to do that tho? That doesn’t really benefit the platform in any meaningful way beyond simply cannibalizing sales from smaller but reliable sellers in lieu of the MC/partners up charging the same group of buyers 200,300% more than what the original service actually costs to render. Should also be prohibited imo.

Easier said than done. Remember, we are a forum, this whole website was built around a code related to discussions. Every extensive upgrade costs XXXX-XX XXX USD.

Brother, Atleast, you’re getting an overall success ratio. Other platforms specially, Telegram for example, don’t even have a proper feedback system.

Sellers claim they can do the service 100% and then say sorry.
You lose MM fees (Swapd doesn’t charge their fees for a failed ticket except for 1% payment processing fees) and, they also get to vouch the MM in their vouch channels, making them look more legit for other/new buyers that they might’ve done a deal.
Furthermore, When a deal goes south or doesn’t work, they simply say “sorry” and you can’t post about the deal and your feedback anywhere.

While on Swapd, you get to send Negative feedback to the seller based on your individual experience.

I fully support these changes. It’s a time for adjustment. I support all changes that are for our own good; we need to keep our home safe.

Went through several transactions for IG unbans and none went through even with extensions!

I totally agree with @mojifemi on this. Although I’ve only sold two accounts on here so far, the messaging and replying could sometimes be a pain as I could not locate the original chat or message through the inbox. If there is a process or filter I’m missing, either way I think it should be more apperent because it was slightly frustrating during the selling process.

Subcontractors could deposit 30% of their service price. After one or two tickets are successfully completed, they may be allowed to request a withdrawal. Alternatively, if they choose to remove their listing, they could also request a withdrawal, though this would need to be approved after a while.

Most transactions are way above $200, but even in the event they were small transactions.. multiple failed transactions add up after a period of time.

And realistically, SWAPD loses out on transaction fees every time a transaction is no prepayment, and the service is failed.. whereas they would be collecting these transaction fees in the event sellers were responsible for transaction fees on failed tickets, as buyers wouldn’t haven’t a reason to go no-prepayment.

Thank you.
