A vertically integrated OF management platform AND the operating agency
around it. Real human chatters armed with AI tools (per-model knowledge base, infinite
subscriber memory, sales-aggressive suggestion engine). Charges flat fees
($350–$50k/mo per model based on their gross earnings) — recurring B2B revenue, not a take-rate. Flat fee paid at beginning of the month.

- Billing infra: Stripe ACH, fully automated invoice scheduler runs on each client’s
billing day. Failed-payment / retry / cancellation flows wired with email + Discord
alerts. Employees update earning statistics for billing logic. Owner hands-off - Growth surface: Lead pipeline (Apify IG/TikTok/X creator discovery + Smartlead cold

reporting. - Buyer’s responsibility: payroll continuity from the transfer date, contractor

Why I’m selling
I am focusing capital and time on an in-person medical practice that is being built and launching very soon. I won’t have time to oversee this, recruit models, or interact with models or the team. I won’t be able to be affiliated this when I take on my new role in the medical practice. I’m either selling, or closing it down in the next 3 months. This makes at least $60K/year passively.

Honest caveats
- OF accounts themselves stay with the models. We sell the ability to work with the models with a team completely in place and a brand thats been disseminated.
- Client retention requires effort. Models can technically leave during any month. Strong recent retention is documented in the financials, but the buyer needs to be able to maintain the operator relationship — that’s where the optional retainer matters.
- Chatter retention requires effort. Same logic. Treat the team well and they stay;
the introductions are warm but the buyer owns the ongoing relationship.
