Selling my business which I’ve been building for the last 12 years.
As a musician and a producer, it was always my dream to make a living in the music industry and to provide innovative products in this community that I care a lot about.
To date, I’ve created 1,200+ Youtube videos and produced 878 backing tracks which have gathered over 44 million views on my Youtube channel, more than 9,000 sales on my website as digital products, and thousands of positive user generated content and reviews online.
The brand has a thriving community around the products and Metal music in general with 125,000 followers across all social media platforms.
FINANCIALS
The business is generating revenue through the sales of audio backing tracks as digital products on my website, ad revenue from my Youtube channel and from my Facebook Page. The first two are a great source of passive income. I’m also providing my clients with music production services/custom work on a regular basis and mentorship programs on which I teach about music production. Lastly, minor income streams also include digital distribution - like Spotify & Apple Music - as well as Amazon Affiliates.
The business has generated over $300,000 in its lifetime. I have all revenue screenshots and P&L statements available and will be happy to send them to serious buyers.

OPPORTUNITIES & CONCLUSION
This business is my baby. I’m selling it because I’ve achieved all my goals and I want to start something new in Real Estate. Because I’ve poured my heart & soul into it, I wish to see it flourish even further as it is very meaningful to me. Therefore, I’m willing to stay onboard in some capacity if necessary, especially at the beginning during the transition period.
In terms of opportunities, I believe that reaching out to new influencers, create new ads, developing my mentorship program, launch online production courses and extending the marketing efforts to PR would be the key to growth. Developing a strong content strategy on LinkedIn, X and TikTok are also among the possibilities to strengthen the brand’s presence on social media, acquire more leads and turn them into customers.
