I made a USDT TRC20 payment from Ledger, and it seems I encountered an error “Failed Out of Energy”. Does anyone know how I can revert this payment or should the funds return to balance automatically in this scenario (I cannot recall how much was in my wallet before this).
Did you had enough gas fee when did you broadcast transaction
I don’t believe so, but I have recently added more TRX. I am just unsure if the funds were returned back or not since it does show it’s “pending” on ledger. I can send over the txid if you’d like.
Thats the reason it become failed because of less gas fee than required and you foreced to initiate that the results become transaction pending and or hold.
It will process automatically dont worry its just only take little longer than usual
I don’t believe this is true considering this other person’s payment occured over a year ago and it still has the same message “Failed Out of Energy” (TRONSCAN | TRON BlockChain Explorer | 波场区块链浏览器).
Believe it or not …
But this is true fact
Shared my point of view
What will the “Failed Out of Energy” message change to then?
When any transaction failed because of less gas fee or transaction fee some of transaction went into out of energy stuck the transaction this is how really blockchain works.
I had same situation where my transaction took over 2 Week to reach sended wallet it because i didn’t had enough fee to cover the transaction but i forced and initiate it and when the fee match at the point of some time whatever it required fee then it will proceed by itself
Few wallet has option to add fee later even you sent but most of don’t have this feature to add gas fee to boost up the transaction which being stuck in blockchain
Same problem here. Some users did not get their payments, all stuck. While I just tested payments to/from our own wallet (to our company wallet) and everything is fine.
I’ve tested sending another payment and the previous one just ends up vanishing. All in all, nothing was taken from my wallet, since it never actually fully processes.
