NOTICE

At this very moment, someone is successfully compromising SWAPD accounts that feature weak passwords. If your credentials are weak, we suggest changing your password ASAP and enabling 2FA.

Add a function that blocks login if it detects new location.

Just an FYI, we’ve seen screenshots where groups of people openly talk about SWAPD and brag about who they hacked and what they have stolen.

Also disable multiple failed logins.

P.s whos on the list? Where was it posted lol

Why I can’t activate 2FA with my phone number?

These logins come from weak passwords that were found in compromised databases. Only 2FA can stop that. One member kept losing his purchases on SWAPD, turns out the hacker was watching his tickets and pulling everything he bought.

Because you can’t. Use Google Authenticator.

You should add that.

Are those guys Indians?

He would he to try a lot of accounts to see what sticks bro.
You have to tighten security to not allow multiple failed logins…

Easy to say, expensive, and problematic to implement.

Our system throttles multiple attempts.

I don’t know.

How would someone tie swapd user to an email on s big database unless he tries a lot?

Not sure.

I thought it was quite easy to add. But now I understand.

Good question.

I don’t know.
