Good. But seriously new users aren’t getting the guide they need. I’m having to invite them + help them post cause when they post wrong admins don’t guide them on how to do it properly (which isn’t simple for new users.)
Why would people invite people who know nothing about this niche?

My invites posted properties for sale. Unlike any others. But the process of guiding them for help was more leaned on me than on the swapd staff.

It’s even harder when, both the new user and the one inviting him can’t write or understand basic English. (You both in your SS, talk like kindergartens 
, sorry no offence though)
Ik, the UI might be new to some and they’d definitely need time to figure things out.
But there are categories like :
which can eventually help users to understand within an hour or two. If the person who invites also can help them understand and write properly (in their native language or the one they might understand, which is English)

You think people read that much with today’s short attention span? Let alone find the info they’re searching for. Not easy when you’re not used to the platform.
(I for example can’t use blackhatworld at all)
A live customer support for noobs would be nice since swapd is investing into new users.

That’s what I mean.
You gotta help them in PM and they’ll eventually understand it. You have to keep their rules short and explain their UI.
Rest they can understand themselves.
I made people sign up here and they did successful tickets in 1-2 days.
