Go to your local office of Ups they will charge u 100$ max and will hand it over to you, I did same, I assume there is no much difference in our countries according to UPS. @zxprmedia

Local office is like 300kms away
Because India. Most users get their awards without any duty fees.
Mine was 200KM :D send someone else and they can pay and u can confirm via phone with ups.
