Starting today, we’re removing the 3x transaction limit (wire or PP) and changing it to 1000 USD in sales or purchases, made via bank wire.

Why are we doing this?

Now that PayPal is gone, we feel it will ease things up for SC members. Bank accounts are harder to obtain and fake than setting up a new PP account, so switching to 1000 USD in sales/purchases should still leave the same amount of protection and make SWAPD a little more user-friendly.

To recap!

  1. Safety concern members will not need to acquire three transactions to have the badge removed
  2. All that’s needed is 1000 USD in sales (or purchases), but they have to be made via a bank wire
  3. Even one transaction is OK, as long as its over 1000 USD
  4. Staff members will still have to approve the removal manually, so please get in touch with your nearest admin once you reach the 1k milestone
