Some seller are selling BM which has request credit line from other BM.
I have this option in almost all my BMs.
Where do we get credit line?

And what’s the use of this option? From who we can request credit line?
To run ADS
Ad account is used to run ads. FB credit like allows to run account as postpaid using monthly invoice.
But what is the use of request credit line from other business? Is there any service provider who gives us credit line to use? I can’t find any.
