Hahaha. Imagine. Since starting, I’ve mostly been eating one meal per day (around 7pm) and I completely cut out soda, candy, and 95% of snacks. I was consuming 500-700 calories a day in either soda or gatorade + random snacks or candy here and there. Only drinking water and if I have a snack it’s very little i.e. I made Smores Dip two nights ago and had maybe 250 calories of it. Normally I would’ve had 500-700.
