25k is a way to motivate yourself so let me send some tips that’ll save that hole in your pocket.
All it really takes is discipline. You can lose weight by simply changing your diet.
- Pick one day of of the week to fast starting at 8 hours and increasing over time with 24 hours being the limit for most people. Drink water or natural green tea only (your metabolism needs a break)
- Don’t eat any meals before 11/12 (your metabolism needs time to wake up just like you do)
- Don’t eat any meals after 8 pm (your body doesn’t need to store food while you sleep)
- Increase the amount of fruit you eat. Try to eat fruit with every meal or as much as possible (especially for a sweet tooth/snacks)
- Skip the meat with one meal every day (your body doesn’t require meat for every meal)
You will lose weight just caring for you body like this and that’s before you add a workout routine. If you add a workout routine then also add a lot more fruit into your diet.
