A client I work with got his business profile deactivated on December, 22.
The same day he sent his ID picture but it got rejected, sadly there’s no personal info on the account.
We’re completely stuck with the “Upload Document” form after login, but submitting simply gives us “Error, try again later”
Sounds like the account has been perma disabled, and your client will need to get the account unbanned. The ID he sent, was just for appeal. If the ID/appeal got rejected, then the account will be perma disabled.
From the image you sent, it appears you’re attempting to login via desktop browser… and that’s why it’s giving you the error when you try and resubmit the ID, as you don’t get 2 chances to submit ID… once the first one is rejected, that’s it.
Login via the app, and it should give you the correct screen.
He already uploaded the ID, and it was rejected. You don’t get a second opportunity to upload and submit ID once it’s been rejected the first time.
You’re right about it being a glitch…as it’s still showing the old screen when he logs in thru the browser. The reason it’s giving an error when he attempts to do the ID again, is because it has already been submitted and rejected. I had a similar situation in the past, when he logs in thru the app… it shouldn’t give the option to upload ID… it’s only showing that because he’s attempting to login thru the browser, which is where the glitch is.
I’m pretty confident the account is permanently disabled.
