Adding Owners/Managers on Youtube Brand Account, Not Working?

Hiii everybody,

I tried to add one email as Owner on my Brand Account/Channel but it didn’t work.
Invitation sent. The other party received invitation. He clicked it and when he tried to click ACCEPT INVITE it didn’t work.

I tried to test it on other emails of mine but it didn’t work.

He added me on a Brand Account and I tried to accept but it didn’t work.

Is there any bug in YouTube?

Please test it and update here.
