We’re rolling out a significant change to how payout information is handled on SWAPD to improve security and accuracy for our sellers!
What’s New?
- Removal of Stored Payout Info: SWAPD has removed the ability to store sellers’ payout information (bank details, crypto addresses, etc.) in user profiles.
- SWAPD Templates for Payouts: Sellers are now required to use SWAPD Templates to quickly and securely provide payout information directly within Checkout Tickets.
Why the Change?
Many sellers frequently update their crypto addresses but don’t always remember to update their SWAPD profile. By using SWAPD Templates, sellers can provide the most current payout details, and vet the address before processing the payout. This ensures smoother, safer, and more accurate transactions for everyone.
How to Proceed?
Sellers, simply use the SWAPD Templates feature when creating or responding to Checkout Tickets to share your payout information. It’s fast, secure, and keeps your transactions up to date!
