What Are Templates?

Templates are prewritten responses you can save for later use. They’re perfect for repeat sellers who frequently send the same messages or need to share payment info (e.g., bank accounts, crypto addresses) quickly in checkout tickets.

How to Create a Template

  1. Send a private message (not chat) to @Templates bot.
  2. Enter a title for your template.
  3. Write your message.
  4. Hit send—done!

Note: Each new message to @Templates (not replies) creates a new template under your account.

How to Use a Template (mobile/desktop)

  1. Open the composer (works in PMs or topics).
  2. Click the Gear icon in the composer tools.
  3. Select Insert Template.
  4. Choose your template and click the paste button.

Pro Tips

  • Organize Templates: Use titles like “001. Payment Info” or “002. Item Description” for easy sorting.

  • Search Easily: Use keywords to find templates by title or content via the composer’s search field.
