Be Careful About Parsa Janbeglou Media Ltd, Urey Vigneaud & Jain Future Fund Corp., Omit Security and its affiliates - Updated Scam Report

This story is how Parsa Janbeglou whom I believe is a member here scammed my business partner of $33,500.

My partner had told me about selling his media outfit which included two verified and one unverified social media account including a domain. I listed here and was negotiating offers from members.

Parsa Janbeglou whom like I said believe is a member here or has associates here sent an email to my partner to make an offer. After negotiating, they agreed for $33,500.

He then moved the conversation to telegram and my partner provided his telegram username.

He suggested making payment via stripe but stripe isn’t available for my partner who suggested bank wire or crypto but he said he only has balance on card, so they tried one payment method where he test transfered from his email parsa@pjmedia.ca which worked but there was an issue with rate conversation so they agreed to use Upwork escrow.

He sent him the contract, he funded and my partner forwarded the details - IG login, FB page ownership, Twitter and domain transfer to Parsa Janbeglou Media Ltd via danielmeeo@emailrsa.com. He wanted my partner to chat him but my partner insisted on talking to only one person.

The moment he took total control of the entire assets, he started becoming evasive, he read the messages and ignores, so my partner took screenshots of the entire conversation to have proofs.

Next move he made was to clear the entire chats and declined the payment request on Upwork. While Upwork was mediating, my partner sent all the proofs of work and screenshots of their conversation. Seeing he was going to lose, he did a chargeback of $33,500 on Upwork putting my partner’s account balance at -$33,500 and he also lost all his social media accounts and website.

Now this guy has my partner’s IG, FB, Twitter accounts and website yet he is lying he didn’t get anything

My partner has filed a report with Interpol and they are currently investigating, same with Upwork who also filed a rebuttal.

Thought to put this out to warn members of this guy and his companies. I am unable to post all the screenshots of the conversation because it is an ongoing investigation. My partner observed he has changed his telegram username most likely working on a new prey.

You probably have most of this already but thought I would sum up the information I have on him back from when I had a deal with him a long time ago.

Thanks for sharing

He parties in Toronto but can’t afford to live in the city centre, just another kid floating by on a credit card balance.

Just take him to court and you will probably win judgement by default, he won’t be able to pay and you can garnish his bank, wages and even drivers license.

It was a Direct Contract, so I only have the email address which is prosnackz@gmail.com

Just an FYI, the alleged scammers who are exposed in this thread, contacted Google and filed a DMCA request to have these URLs pulled from Google. They were successful at it. If you guys want to have a good laugh, here is the report:

This is a fresh report, and from last night. So, it’s safe to say this topic still hunts them. We will go ahead now and change the URLs so they appear again in Google in a few days

Here is what they wrote to Google:

Dear Google Team, I am writing to request the removal of my website from your search engine. I no longer wish for my website to appear on Google, as it is no longer serving its purpose. I am aware that Google has the power to remove websites from its search engine. Therefore, I am kindly requesting that my website in question be removed from your search engine as soon as possible. Please note that I am the owner of this particular website and I am not looking to have it removed due to any legal or copyright issues. I simply no longer want my website to be available for public viewing on Google. I appreciate your understanding and swift action regarding this matter.

The submitter of that request is from Pakistan.
