If I understand this correctly, you and @Rome discussed Gold fast-tracking via DM. You helped him (outside of a ticket) and the service was delivered. You then wanted to open a ticket and he’s ghosted you?

Already sent the ticket (only I immediately processed it because I previously trusted him), but he said he wanted to send the funds directly to me.

and stupidly I said it was okay to send it straight away if he was okay with it.

If I were an admin, I would suspend/limit @Rome until he accepts and pays the ticket + give him a strike for attempting to circumvent the Swapd checkout process. If you sent him your wallet address privately, I would also suspend you for 2 weeks and give you a strike for attempting to circumvent the checkout process. Lastly, you should wait until tickets are accepted to do the work.

Also, this is an assumption, but I believe you probably did it ASAP because fast-tracking is sort of a scam. He would have been approved on his own whether you fast-tracked it or not. Therefore, you were rushing to submit because there was a chance he would’ve just gotten approved before he accepted the ticket.

In short, follow the rules on here.
