BitCoin payments are currently suspended on SWAPD! [UPDATE: BTC is back]

UPDATE: 22.03 - BTC has resumed, but please remember we’ve updated our BTC address!

As discussed here, our hardware wallet (Ledger.com) is seriously lacking in support. Their last update didn’t fix BTC synchronization issues. We’re only able to do 1-2 payouts per few days. So, for that reason, any new tickets started with BTC will be canceled until further notice.

Payouts will also be delayed unless you’re willing to switch to other cryptos. If not, you will just have to wait. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Nobody really uses Bitcoin anyway. And if you do, your wallet is likely more than capable of receiving USDT/ETH, too.

Hardly anyone uses BTC lately (on SWAPD). We had a slight recent spike, right when things broke down.

Use Safepal S1 Hardware Wallet.

Ahhh damn fair enough. Typical noob suggestion

Please consider adding BNB to the list of supported coins

It has low fees, fast transactions and pretty active user base

No one uses it for purchases.

I do it all the time when it’s an option
And I know a bunch of ppl that do too

Exceptions don’t confirm the rule

Switch to NGRAVE.io

Never heard about it. It looks awesome.

Wow! Looks amazing.

NGRAVE doesn’t use TRON :frowning:

I think the problem you are facing is due to the low transaction fees. Ordinals are filling all the blocks with higher transactions fees so due to that your payments (with lower transactions fees) have been put on hold.

It’s not. It won’t even synchronize.
