We’ve introduced a new /crypto page, in partnership with Guardarian Technologies, aimed to provide a seamless experience for members who wish to conduct cryptocurrency transactions. This article provides information on the key features, transaction limits, and verification procedures of the new /crypto page.

1. Buying Cryptocurrencies for FIAT

Members can now buy cryptocurrencies directly using their FIAT currency on the /crypto page. This feature simplifies the process, eliminating the need for multiple platforms for cryptocurrency acquisition.

2. Exchanging Cryptocurrencies for FIAT

The new /crypto page facilitates the easy exchange of cryptocurrency into various FIAT payouts.

3. Competitive Rates

The /crypto page offers low rates to its users. This competitive pricing strategy ensures that members get the best value for their transactions. Our fee (on top of Guardarian service fees) is just 0.5%. The final payout will be displayed on the /crypto page.

4. Multiple Payment Options

For the convenience of its users, the /crypto page provides several payment options. These include Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank wire transactions via SWIFT and SEPA.

Transaction Verification and Limits

All transactions on the /crypto page are managed by Guardarian Technologies. This includes the implementation of verification procedures and transaction limit enforcements to ensure security and legality:

Transactions below 250 USD do not require verification.
Transactions exceeding 250 USD require additional verification in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) laws. This verification process is usually instant.
The maximum limit per transaction is 7000 USD, up to 15000 USD per month.

Rules for Converting to Official SWAPD Cryptocurrency Addresses

Please note that direct conversions into official SWAPD cryptocurrency addresses are strictly prohibited. Users are required to convert their FIAT to cryptocurrency into their personal addresses first. After this conversion, the cryptocurrency can be used to pay for an eventual checkout ticket.

How fast will my exchange be completed?

The exchange process speed depends on the cryptocurrency network speed and your preferred payment method. Card payments are usually faster, taking only minutes for the funds to be transferred.
Bank transfers may take up to 1-3 business days. If your bank provides Instant SEPA payments, then the process is much faster.

What is the expected exchange rate?

The expected exchange rate is considered as the rate at the moment of calculation. The process of receiving your deposit and confirmation of a transaction takes time. Depending on market volatility, the final amount can be changed.

What are the fees associated with exchanges?

Fees depend on the type of payment method used. All of the fees are already included in the estimates displayed in the calculator. No extra fees are added to the estimated amount.

What are the supported countries/regions?

EU and rest of the world: Service provided in all countries of the European Union and worldwide in general. Exceptions are seen below.

USA: Guardarian services are supported in 39 states of the USA.

States which are currently not supported: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington.
