BUYING A USERNAME ( HELP)

Hey I am buying a username from someone via Instagram dms ! He seems like a nice guy and I trust him ! However I just came to know that after I pay him I won’t be able to get the username due to 14 day Policy !

Now most of you would say to tell him to change the username and wait 14 days and then he makes a new account with the name and once I pay he can give me the whole account !

WELL NO, that can’t be done as it says “approximately 14 days” that means the desired username can be freed anytime ! And the amount of people who request that is absurd, According to seller !

So now I am stuck ( please help )
