Buying Monetized YT Channel and changing niche

Hey,

I was wondering how risky is it if i buy a legitimate (not botted) monetized YT channel and then i change the niche of it, and start from zero, will there be a chance of demonetization due to changing niche and removing the videos?

I think that would depend on your subscribers. They ultimately have to buy into whatever you switch it to.

I don’t really have any interest in the subscribers that the account will have, so i only want it for the advantage of the monetization feature.
