I already have approved Adsense account for my website. Can I monetize my YouTube channel with the same Adsense account?

Unless something changed drastically over the years, yes. You can.

U can very well use it… but make sure ur channel never uses copyrighted contents… if the channel goes Adsense goes along with it… SO it is better to vise a separate hosted Adsense account …

No, you can change AdSense accounts as you please without meeting requirements (nearly positive)
