Can we apply for Instagram verification after getting rejected through the app

Hello Swapd members,
I wanted to know if we can apply for Instagram verification from a portal within 30 days of getting rejected through the app.

Ofcourse we cant retry through the app but is there any possibility of getting approved through the portal

if you get rejected, rule of thumb is to wait at least 30 days. (was told this from a rep)
