Hy there, i recently got scammed on paypal for currency exchange you can know about it in detail here

And my question is can we remove negative balance from paypal in any way without paying for it, as why will i pay even after getting scammed and losing my money. What happened is i didn’t knew paypal being dickpal charged me a fee of around $48 or something, so i gaved my emial to a ad buyer for promo payment and now when i logged in, it still shows negative balance of $18 (even after getting ad payment of $30)
So, Fu■k this cu■t called @lamema , i didn’t knew paypal charged me after he scammed me
Now i have to do promo for free for that party, i cant even refund them and ask to pay via other method…
Is there any way to remove the bank account from my paypal or contacting support would be any helpful, anyone having experince with paypal please help.
