Change inactive phone number behind TikTok account

Hey Guys

I have an issue with changing phone number behind my TikTok profile what I have purchased with the help of you guys here on Swapd.

The problem is that I have received the account with a google voice number and it got deactivated (I guess due to inactivity) so I am not receiving the codes when trying to change to a new phone number.

I tried to contact them through (report a problem/account and profile/email and phone number/changing phone number or email associated with an account) but then I got 2 options. One is what didn’t work at the first place and the second is to prove all kinds of things what I’m not sure about and I feel if I give wrong answers or just say that I have purchased the account it will get disabled since this already happened me once with a proton mail account because buying/selling accounts associated with proton mail is against their TOS.

The questions I’d need to answer are:

What would you guys recommend as the safest step?

Having this same exact issue. The email used was a deactivated google voice number. And I don’t know what to do.

I was able to solve it. In my case since the google number was mine I was able to go into my account and clicked “reclaim number” and it was restored. You might wa t to reach out to that person who had the google voice number and have them log in and reclaim it then you can change it. I changed it to my mobile number

The problem is that I do not have the reclaim option… I can only choose new phone number. Checked a few videos how it works for others but just don’t seem to get that option.
