I am verified on Instagram and am in desperate need to change my username.
I’ve tried to change it within the ‘Edit Profile’ page of the app but I get a notification stating ‘Please contact support to change your username’. I’ve sent countless ‘report a problem’ messages through IG’s Support centre but have received nothing back.
I have double checked that the new username I want is available. I’m literally at a standstill until this changes and it’s starting to get super frustrating!
Please can anyone help?
