Well, we can gladly report now (a month later) that thanks to our new policies, mentorship ticket problems are virtually non-existent now.

Hello.
I know there are ways to make Zoom meetings in a way where you canât communicate outside of them.
For example, I know on Upwork you can start a Zoom meeting directly from the site itself, and the link appears on the chat. The Zoom meeting doesnât have a chat and does not display any sort of personal information.
It would be amazing if something like this could be incorporated on Swapd for mentorships.
Just sharing the idea, I know for a fact in my case it would lead to a lot more sales, and it could be a way of ensuring people arenât sharing their information while maintaining the call feature.
Hope this can be incorporated at some point!

Couldnât they just say on call, âOh, my socials are xyz, text me on thereâ â how would SWAPD manage this? It would be an impossible task for them to listen to hours of calls (if that even was a thing)

I mean, itâs not a hypothetical, itâs definitely a thing. But youâre right, not sure how the prevention of saying stuff would work.
I know Upwork does it and theyâre huge on not speaking outside the platform until there is a contract, so they might have a system.
Might be worth looking into.
