Because it varies. Those factors are ever changing based on the market, request volume, etc.
I’m not going to list 20 different prices based on all situations. That’s a terrible user experience. People don’t want to read all of that info. They only care about what applies to them.
And I never listed specific prices above. I mentioned several variables that affect price. I still need to see each request individually to determine the price.
