Community Tip: Be vigilant and verify your potential buys!

Just wanted to let all buyers know that we do NOT screen every seller that gets invited. We only do that upon request while checkout. So, in order to save time for everyone, don’t just fall for the size or the price of the properties. Be vigilant, ask questions, review stats, and don’t be afraid to ask for additional screenshots.

If you don’t have time, that’s fine, just make sure to ask for an audit while using our checkout system. Also, the number of sellers will increase over the upcoming days. This is because we will let our members invite other members. Each invited member will be tied to your account history, so make sure to invite only people you trust, as you will be directly responsible for his/hers actions.

Stay safe!

Another simple tip:
Check the page and see how many likes each post gets compared to the total page likes. For example, if a page has 100k likes and the posts all have just a handful of likes and hardly no comments then more likely the page was started with fake likes or they are highly un-targeted.

Exactly! Ask to be given the analyst role on the page and then you can go back and see all the past posts, engagement and if they’ve been boosted.

Another tell tale is often if the seller deletes all the old posts.

You both make great points! Anybody in this market ought to know there are a lot of methods to grow an illegitimate social account. Spend the time digging into these metrics first and it will save you time and money.

It doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion either so feel free to ask any admin to audit the page during checkout if you are unsure.
