Iâd take that with a grain of salt. Remember, Facebook is Americaâs echo chamber and their propaganda tool. This may be in regards to something else.
Iâd also like to point out the fact that most Facebook (big) purges happen in the beginning of each year.

All of the people here who got their page deleted posted articles about Iran, Israel-Palestine, Venezula etc? I doubt it.

If what theyâre saying is true, then I am sure they donât go after every page manually. They create signatures for their algos and naturally, algos are algos and will also hit innocent people who somehow matched the criteria they were trying to wipe. The page our client lost during transfer had nothing to do with Iran, it was about cute animals.
Well, after reading the entire article, only like 15% of the pages that got deleted were related to Politics. most of them posted spam. and what does Facebook consider as spam? ( also links to make money etc )

Question to people who had their fanpages unpublished, are you able to remove yourselves from the admin position? One of our admins canât. Is this a bug or a new thing?
This is very normal, u cannot remove or add admin from an unpublished pageâŚIt was effective for the past 2 yearsâŚ
What? I was able to remove my account no problem. Add? No. But remove?
Cannot remove if ur the only admin
There are more admins on the page, our admin canât remove himself.

I have checked the article, they remove anything related to political hate(like if you post that in your country there no enoguth doctors even if itâs have proved background)
Facebook Purge March 2019 has been confirmed 100%
It has been 100% confirmed that if you make someone else admin and remove yourself, that page is going to be unpublished or removed for sure in a next few hours!
Many pages have been unpublished since last night monitoring the tactics of users making other ids admins and removing them self.
I did 2-3 of these transfers in the past two days and the pages werenât unpublished. So no, not 100% confirmed.
