Convince us to start accepting other forms of crypto

SWAPD is a Poland based business I don’t think they can utilize either of those commercially

Crypto should be the default paying method. You should get charged like a 20% fee for using PayPal

Monero please.

@SWAPD
Make your life easier. Invoicing, accounting, all same place. A lot of crypto currencies accepted. Easier for you to manage.

usdt is the best solution tell now based on most comments it will be great , easy , more cheap and very fast .

To answer this question, we’d need to know more about what you want to achieve.

USDT is a good choice because its a stable coin and the value won’t change. But if you look more towards future innovations it depends what you can integrate best with Swapd. How can you enable user tips, donations and quick automated transactions for influence deals, affiliate payments etc. Are there any examples already out there of cryptocurrency integration with the discourse software? What could be other innovations you could pilot? Could a new reward system be added to the platform?
There are also dedicated social media coins so maybe you could partner with another project (only if it makes sense for you and adds value).

I am pro stablecoins

Today I’ve just sent a good amount from my binance account to another wallet using USDT and using the BEP20 (BSC) / Binance Smart Chain network.

I had to pay a transaction fee of $0.80 USDT and this was confirmed literally in 1-2 minutes which I can show proof for.

So please implement stablecoins, this will save us all the high network fees and a lot of time.

Thanks

We will expand to USDT most likely by the end of this month.

Yey

Dogecoin price today :joy:

When exactly?

I’m waiting for this to be available before making orders.

Will only make total sense if you do it within BEP20 (BSC) / Binance, or else fees will be ridiculous regardless.

No specific date. Again, “most likely” by the end of this month.

Bro I have a ticket open where I am overpaying by $7000 now…

How is that possible? @Adventure

I’m guessing he started a ticket and paid. And now btc have sky rocketed and the ticket hasn’t closed yet.

That’s correct.

You’re not overpaying. If BTC had dropped, the seller would be being “underpaid.”

This is the risk you take when you deal with BTC.

The point of this thread is to stop buyers from having to take this risk.

Also if it tanked by $7000, there’s no guarantee the seller, who is 3 months late now, would have delivered
