As long as it doesn’t apply to US / CAN where a lot of the top sellers are from I don’t see a massive issue, it’s also not that difficult to set up a company and start paying taxes if you’re in the EU.

EU, UK, USA, Australia any first world country that has heavy business regulations, you pay tax or pay the price BUT there are many ways to not pay as much example being start writing ■■■■ off for your business, there is so many loopholes, I do it with property & my businesses. If your so worried register your business in a country that has low or 0% tax.
