Does in app submissions count when you guys say “please tell me if it’s been previously submitted”?

One of my media partner can submit the same day you get rejected through app or with any other mp, another one cent

Nope, it doesn’t count if you submitted the request yourself ‘in-app’. Only counts if you’re submitted through a media portal and rejected.

If you have sent a request from within the application, you cannot send a request through the media support portal before your request is finalized. If you do, you will automatically receive the reply “We are already reviewing your request bla bla bla”.
