Had a question for those that are knowledgeable on IG / Meta support.

I have access to multiple Merlin EMEA Meta Rep’s, using a signed music artist we are partnered with as of recent.

• Are EMEA Support members able to unban permanently banned IG accounts?

• Secondly, are they able to open portals?

Just trying to see ultimately what I can make happen.

Thank you for any advice / help.

Almost any representative with an @meta email can grant access to the Media Portal (in entertainment, music, publishing, gaming, etc).

Only representatives working within the media partnerships department have the authority to open portals. Product managers, members of the marketing team, and others can’t do this afaik.
