May we know who these users are who are being unbanned? I’d personally be cautious opening tickets with anyone who engaged in non-payment and or avoided refunds, even if they ultimately made good on their past mistakes. I wouldn’t avoid them necessarily, but it would be good to know.
non-payment isn’t that big of an offense (unless it was for a service that was done for). Avoided refund members will not get reinstated until they actually refund, so you don’t have to worry.
