Estimated worth of account? - 820K Instagram account in Cat niche

Hi, I own a large account in the cat niche on instagram with 820,000 subscribers, the vast majority being USA based. The account was started 2014 and ran only organically. Used only rarely for promotions due to wanting to preserve quality whilst growing - despite multiple 4 figure offers for just one post. The accounts associated hashtag has over 8million posts. We can sell it with the original domain, logo’s, branding and full commercial rights.

We are undecided whether to keep growing it or sell - depends if we can get an idea of reasonable offers? If the offers are tempting then we will be ready to sell in the next 7-days.

We won’t reveal the handle or anything yet as it’s against the rules. If people could give some idea of expected value we can decide whether to list it.

Nobody here really does appraisals for accounts. Your best bet would be to list it under ‘Best offer’, and then sell when you feel the price is right.

Thanks that’s super helpful. I’m getting a rough idea based on other accounts selling and the income offers I know I can get from the account if I keep it. Thanks for the suggestion - I think I’ll list it next week and wait for the offers.

I’m new to selling accounts but swapd looks the perfect solution to the extremely sketchy PayPal offers i get on IG messenger.
