I requested a review for my ad account before and it took weeks for them to respond. I know it’s not the same but it is similar because it needed verification just like this.

I haven’t solved the problem yet.
I went through this along time ago but it was a lot quicker. I submitted my EIN & 2 days later was reinstated. I know a couple of people personally who have ran into this but it took no longer than a week for them to get reinstated. You may have a problem but I’d just wait it out and hope for the best.
