I would like to know if someone is having the same problem as me to help me solve it, for some reason I feel that it is a bug but I need to know if someone has gone through the same thing.
I don’t get the “in process” option, where I can know in real time what I’ve been generating.

Ineligible country & LOC aka Limited Originality of content.
Living in USA and never get a infraction in the page
Did you ever get the issues resolved? I am having the same issue right now. I did contact FB support through appeals and waiting to hear back. I have a very reputable channel that is monetized in all tools and making good money with the exception of the Reels Bonus. I live in the USA, have original content, have had over 100K views in the past week, nearly 300K organic and interactive followers, and have made sure I haven’t violated any conditions. When I go to my violations page, it says I do not have any violations and I never have since owning the page for nearly 15 years now. This is puzzling to me at the moment.
I still have the same problem. but I think it could be solved by completing the views of the lives! On Saturday I will try to meet the requirements of the lives and I will give an update on that. since I see great influencers who did not do lives and now they are doing it and I assume that it is for the same reason.
I had all of my views so that wasn’t the issue. I sent an email to appeals@fb.com and explained the situation I was facing and now it says that my reel bonus is currently in the process of being reviewed for approval. I guess sometimes there are “glitches” on their end. Hopefully, I will hear something about their approval soon.
