Hi, I’ve been having trouble posting in groups and on pages for several weeks now. I have tried to appeal using the appropriate forms, unfortunately to no avail. This morning I received another notification while sharing and posting to my groups and pages:

We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time in order to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later.

Does anyone know how this problem can be solved, how I can get my account green again and not infected with an account warning (see photo) and how I can contact facebook (directly)

Hello everyone.

I decided to bump this old post because I have the same problem, and no sense to create another post.

I have the same problem now with 2 of my FB accounts, but I post only on my FB pages, not in groups, no comments, etc. I make the same amount of posts with every account as I always did, I didn’t change anything, but this month I got this limitation.

Does anyone know how many posts per day are safe to do with a FB account on the pages that it manage?
