Who is the co-owner then. You’re dropping a pretty big bomb, @krisss. Basically you’re confirming that FameSwap was truly scamming their users on a large scale. Please back up your claims.
Haven’t had time to look at the full thread but I’ve sold 2 accounts on the site, have had no problems with them.

Tried to make a deal offsite directly on their Facebook group, once I added as admin of the page, the admin of the group, they removed and blocked me

Just sold one of my pages for $1470. This was 1 week ago and I still have not received my payment. The buyer confirmed delivery twice. I contacted the support team who told me to contact their Escrow team since general support cannot do much in this case.
The Escrow team replied to me after 4 days. They cc’d me and sent the buyer an email asking to confirm delivery (I am not sure why this is necessary since the buyer already confirmed the delivery officially on Fameswap’s website, plus confirmed in the messages on Fameswap, plus confirmed on Instagram as well (dm) which I sent to Fameswap (screenshots).
The buyer now stopped to reply to me. I am confused.
Will see where this goes.

In fact, scammers are everywhere, and the fact that swap fraudsters with SWAPD were not mentioned in this chat is another matter (after all, they are even here). The most important thing is just to make sure that the transaction is fair, you need to get all the necessary information from the seller confirming ownership of the page and think with your head, because because of your recklessness, really honest sellers lose their profit.

And most of our users want to stab us if we take longer than 4 hours to reply. We’ve created a big pile of spoiled monsters :D. Seriously, if we didn’t respond in 4 days to someone who is waiting for payment, I feel like the sky would fall on us. Please keep us updated on the progress, @Andreas.

I am using shoutcart for a while now, regular orders and withdrawals going through no problem, can’t vouch for fameswap at all though.
I developed a simple and safe method for my purchases, in addition to the website that already guarantees me security, I made a purchase and sale account, and a clause where the seller will have to make a video holding his ID containing a photo and saying that he is selling something to me and that’s it for those who recoerma tell them to warn them and for scammers I think that here too I should demand this as Coinbase does
I guess you never met Baton Berisha (a known scammer). Him, and countless others do not care about their identity. Yes, your method does help tremendously, but you will still find the few that will cheat you no matter what, even laugh in your face later on.
The buyer just responded to me, he just confirmed the delivery of the IG and OG email account for Faneswap via email. The only thing left is Fameswap releasing the payment. I’ll keep you updated.

Fameswap is fine for selling - just don’t use their escrow and only accept payments like Cryptocurrency or Western Union Cash
As a buyer, you’d have to be more cautious.

Update: I received the payment from Fameswap plus they sent an additional $10 for leaving a review on Trustpilot.
I already listed another Instagram account, will see how that goes.

We have one TrustPilot review from a person who said something in lines of “OMG they’re so slow, took three days to sell a property.”
The person had like 5-8 properties to transfer and due to time zones, we kept missing each other. Fameswap takes four days to respond to a missing payment and they will still probably get a 5-star review. This is making me care less about answering faster now.

Swapd’s customer service is beyond perfect, do not worry about that at all. I transferred the IG and OG email account to the buyer and it took 7 days (!) for Fameswap to send me the payment via Paypal (which I find ridiculous).

Fameswap is 100% scamming people. I got scammed. Yesterday. I sold a 30k acc for 300$ via their escrow. The buyer got the account. And was happy how it all went down. It said on Fameswap that it can take up to three days for them to transfer the money. I tried to log my Fameswap acc today . To check my other listings and massages and i could not log in. They probably banned my acc so they don’t have to pay me out.
I was not able to log in. It just keeps on refreshing the sign in oage
