Wait there are payments on no prepayment tickets if the ticket fails ? Wow !!
@GOAT are you speaking on until the grace period is over or no pre payment in general? It seems that the seller completed the service then the payment instructions were posted but you didn’t want to pay h till the grace period was over is that right ?

Correct, it was a no pre-payment ticket. Since tickets are considered delivered/complete only after the grace period expires, it doesn’t make sense to require buyers to remit payment ahead of time. In this specific scenario, had I paid between the time it was marked delivered and before the 24-hour grace period lapsed, I would have lost the 1% transaction fee to CoinPayments, since the account was unbanned and the ticket would have been refunded. This defeats the purpose of having a no pre-payment ticket.
I’d love to hear feedback from other users like yourself @hooper and staff on this, especially since I was somewhat rudely informed that I’m required to follow the current rules and can’t make my own. I believe this process / ticket flow could benefit from reconsideration.

This fair logic.
Grace period should be abolished for services, this isn’t an account transfer like years ago.

If someone verifies your client and they get paid and then 5 hours later they get debadged or similar for an unban you’d be pissed.
