Can you name the perpetrator on here so everyone can be aware on who this person was who committed the offence? I think open dialogue with these situations could help prevent future occurrences. Just my thoughts.

This doesn’t get updated properly, but another 250 USD was just paid out in victim funds 2 days ago.
