Have a client in Italy with 200k sub / a dad who’s making video with the kids — you’ve recently suspended the monetisation of the account for this reason , he did two appeals , sending you first and second response he received :
“Good evening,
Thank you for reaching out to us again. Unfortunately, I must confirm once again the outcome provided by the relevant department, which indicates that the channel is currently ineligible to be part of the YPP due to a suspension related to the sensitive content policy. The reasons have been thoroughly discussed in two previous tickets, one with me (6-#########) and another with Alfredo (#######).
We recommend that your content complies with YouTube’s monetization policies and suggest you consider reapplying to the YPP within the established timeframe found in the “Earn” section of your YouTube Studio, as confirmed in my previous ticket.
I understand the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation, but please note that continuing to write to different agents will not expedite or alter the resolution. On the contrary, it may lead to slower response times and delays.
As previously mentioned, the confirmation comes from a competent department that reviewed your videos and confirmed the suspension. The steps to consider for reinstatement into the program were discussed in ticket ######.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

“Honestly, I would advise against deleting the videos, as the re-evaluation will be done on a channel that should not have undergone modifications over time. What I would recommend is to re-upload content with different titles and descriptions, avoiding any suggestion that the child is in a dangerous situation.
Regarding the timing, you can resubmit the appeal until November 28, or wait until February 5, 2025, to re-enter the YPP.
Thank you for your patience and understanding “

Last response from YouTube :
“ YouTube channel is currently ineligible for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) due to a suspension based on sensitive content policy violations. YouTube’s support team has recommended not deleting any videos, as this could impact re-evaluation. Instead, Michael is advised to re-upload content with new titles and descriptions to avoid any appearance of endangerment, particularly regarding child-related content.
Reapplication to YPP can occur by November 28 through the appeals process or after February 5, 2025. Despite repeated contacts with YouTube support, YouTube’s decision remains the same, and further appeals or agent contacts won’t expedite or change this outcome.
Michael’s channel must adhere to YouTube’s monetization policies to be reconsidered for YPP.“
Who can fix it and turn monetisation active again ?
