Also, some are forgetting to mark listings as “sold” once they have been sold and the transaction is completed.

And when you’ve successfully completed a transaction, please close the topic and mark it as sold. Doing these things will help things go smoothly and fast for everyone. Failure to do may result in your topic(s) being unlisted until the necessary actions are taken.
