Friendly reminder that if you forget to include the ticket number in the wire description, you will lose money and the wires may bounce back to you, after a few weeks

This morning we’ve received a bunch of frozen wires, banks want to know what the payments were for. We can’t tell them, as we don’t know. That’s because many of you do not put ticket numbers in the payment description. So, we’ve instructed the bank to refund all the wires. This will cause huge delays in getting your money back, and in addition, the senders will suffer bounced wire fees. Some of the members here think that putting generic wire description such as “MARKETING” or “SOCIAL MEDIA” will suffice. Well, today you will learn that it doesn’t.
